Ingredients

Tadalafil is itself an active ingredient used for male impotency. As the pharmacological name suggest, it inhibits the enzyme PDE5 (phosphodiesterase) after the oral administration. Once the body experiences reduction in PDE5 level, it automatically increases the levels of cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate and Nitric Oxide. Now, these chemicals are responsible for augmenting the blood flow in the penile organ by relaxing the muscles and dilating the small arteries. Enough amount of blood is supplied to the erectile organ to experience rigidity that sustains for longer period of time.
